Victor is a Partner of Solomons and also is the Head of Solomons Legal. He acts for a variety of private lenders, private funds, family offices and has acted for traditional banks and ASX 100 listed companies. He provides sound advice across a broad range of financial transactions including property development, construction finance, renewable energy assets and the medical/pharmaceutical industries. He can also provide Personal Property Security Act securities and the registration on the Personal Property Security Register.
Victor’s unique background as a practicing solicitor for close to two decades allows him to bring a multidisciplinary approach to helping fulfil our clients’ needs in various asset and equity transactions. Victor assists Solomons clients with both basic and advanced real asset and finance transactions and provides comprehensive advice and guidance of legal frameworks in Australia when representing our clients for buy and sell side mandate.
