Ryan Freer is the Director of International Advisory at Solomons Capital.
For Ryan, international relations and trade are not just about business, but building bridges between cultures and economies. Ryan is currently the Vice Chairman of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Korea. He previously served as Queensland’s Trade & Investment Commissioner for the Korean Market as well as New Zealand’s Trade Commissioner in Korea, during which he played a pivotal role in the Korea–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement.
With over fifteen years of experience in East Asia, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise that spans diverse industries, ranging from mineral resources to cutting-edge clean energy technologies. Ryan’s extensive experience encompasses markets, including Rep. of Korea, India, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia.
Ryan’s deep knowledge and networks in Asia-Pacific markets, with a particular emphasis on Korea, positions Solomons Capital to support clients to build and maintain international trade and investment partnerships.
