Sam Chung, newly appointed to lead cross-border ultra-high-net-worth client engagement strategies at Solomons, is a dynamic addition to our Brisbane office. His well-documented career, spanning over two decades, showcases leadership roles across some of the world’s leading investment banks as Head of Private Bank/Wealth Management, at the likes of Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, Citibank, and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, Sam excelled in wealth management and private banking, honing his expertise in managing sophisticated client portfolios and developing strategic investment solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Having recently migrated from Taiwan to Australia, Sam’s transition reflects Solomons’ global outreach and commitment to integrating international financial insights into the Australian market. Having experience in Hong Kong and the U.S., his strategic vision and deep understanding of cross-border investments are invaluable as we aim to attract inbound investment from pivotal offshore regions in the Asia-Pacific, further expanding our footprint in the global financial landscape.
