On 14 September 2026, Solomons Capital joined the LJ Hooker Home Loans lender panel, the second broker network to add the firm in under a month, following its appointment to the MoneyQuest Group panel in August.
For brokers across the LJ Hooker network, it means access to short-term, property-backed private finance for transactions that need flexible or expedited funding, whether that is a tight settlement, a complex property-backed structure, or a deal that simply needs a more flexible approach.
Our assessment centres on the things that actually matter in these situations: the underlying security, the funding requirement, and a clear exit. That focus is what allows us to move quickly.
George Sattout, National Manager at LJ Hooker Home Loans, said the appointment broadens what the network can support.
“The addition of Solomons Capital to our lender panel enhances our ability to support transactions that require greater flexibility, speed, or a more specialised lending approach.”

Jonathan Lee, Managing Partner, said the role private credit plays is a specific one.
“Private credit can play an important role when transactions require a more tailored approach or fall outside conventional lending criteria.”
LJ Hooker Home Loans brokers can expect:
- Direct access to the decision-makers on every loan
- Fast conditional approvals and timely settlements where speed is essential
- Clear and responsive credit guidance, including an early and honest answer when we are not the right fit
If you have a scenario that calls for speed, flexibility and commercial thinking, send it through to scenarios@thesolomons.com.au.
